Immerse myself in Nine, write smut. Yeah, I know, what a chore. :)

Really though, what an odd fandom Doctor Who is, where you get to choose one of two voices (or more, if you're familiar with the old series) for your main character. It's been far too long since I watched the Ninth Doctor, so we're getting reacquainted, as it were. Got Aliens of ( Read more... )

Up to The Long Game now, one of my favourites - Nine and Simon Pegg. *drool*

Though god I hate Adam.

Who could like the slippery nitwit? but yes, even though Nine and Rose get surprisingly little screentime in TLG, what's there is super excellent. ("Just you and me." "Yep." "Good." "Yep.") Also Adam's one excellent line "It'll take a better man than me to get between you two." How much subtext can you convert into 80-pt font in one episode, hmmm, writers??? ;)

Plus, as you say, Simon Pegg. I'm so jealous of being that someone, on that set, with those people, having that much fun.

You know, I miss Nine so much.... How I wish he had done more than one season. His time in the TARDIS was over way too soon.

*Flaps and stims at the prospect of Nine/Rose smut*

I love the 'I could save the world..... yada yada yada' line in this one. It's the first time that Nine admits that Rose is more than just a companion. Not a bad way to spend the day, watching season one.

Roll on the smut!

There's so much good Rose/Nine interaction in both of those eps, it's really a shame that so many people hate them, due to, you know, the farting.

Personally, I just can't get past how gorgeous he is in that blue jumper... *wipes away drool*

I adore him in any jumper, actually I adore him without one LOL!

But yeah, you are right, there is so much interaction in those episodes; it started off in 'The Unquiet Dead' - the expressions of emotions imho. But it seems to me as though it was only in AOL/WW3 that Nine started to admit to his emotions.

Once you get past the crackish-ness of the episodes; which personally I think are a good laugh, you get to see a real forthright display of Nine's initial feelings towards Rose.

Plus he is downright gorgeous in that jumper!

*quivers with anticipatory glee*

I'd chant, but it seems somehow not quite right.

"I could save the world but lose you."
