...to see so many of my fellow Americans freaking out trying to download The Next Doctor.

Does anyone else think the BBC are missing out on a tremendous oppourtunity here? I mean, they could charge for a download of this, and I know people (*raises hand*) would pay. I think they underestimate their US audience.

They seriously need to talk to iTunes ... they'd both rake in serious money.

Mine says 4 hours left, though it seems to be picking up speed, finally. When I first started the download, it was telling me 6 1/2 days.

Hell, I might be watching at 2 am, but darn it, I will be watching!

Yeah, mine started at 1 day and something, but it's picked right up! Now says 25 minutes left - WOO-HOO!!!

That's what Mr. gin was saying, too, about iTunes. They would make millions on a day like Christmas.

I'm hoping that SciFi or BBC America will tell us what their plans are for the specials schedule. I can't imagine they'll wait a year, or more, to show them.

No worries, I wasn't offended! :) But it just goes to show, I don't think anyone realizes just how many non-native English speakers there are who follow and love the show, and what a source of money it could be!

You're right, I completely forgot about all the other poor souls out there who, like us Yanks, have no reliable access to Who!
