YOU WROTE GREEK MYTHOLOGY HORROR OMG

I love this and everything it chooses to be, because omg Cassandra with the most horrible power ever, I swear, and it's completely out of her control. Because seeing the future is always a passive power, so you're not really in control of it at all and you're just a tool for the power to get through, and oh how appropriate for a gift that's really a curse. I just realised how much being a seer would suck? Anyway, interesting that she doesn't see what happens to herself, that she's more of an observer? Which leads back to the passive thing.

Also, Andromache in chains, ow my heart.

Andromache is secretly one of my favorite things, and my made up relationship between Cassandra and Andromache and sometimes Hector is one of my second favorite things. Also I had way too much fun writing this I should do Greek Mythology Horror more often. It would be so easy.

I have always felt so sorry for Cassandra, and reading the prompt I just got the idea of seeing two things at the same time, and how unhappy that would be. And how she can see what is happening but doesn't feel any capability to act on it, and I am seriously doing the tl;dr here.

Thank you so much!

Cassandra is River Tam in ancient Greece, I swear. I don't know what makes Andromache stand out from all the other women in The Iliad who have horrible things happen to them, but she does. And there needs to be more Andromache/Cassandra/Hector fic, if that means Andromache is like Cassandra's cool big sister. I have a thing for big sisters being awesome. :D
