Hi there everyone.

I am officially a bad LJer. I haven't been by in ages. Though it seems that most of my f-list has slowed down with the posting (except AbN and Nundu - Kudos girls). Though I've not so much slowed down as I have almost come to a stop. (<-- That sounds like an awkward sentance but I can't really think how to reword it without ( Read more... )

What brought you to Japan? It sounds like it must've been a fun trip!

Hi :)

I've just been getting more and more into Japanese stuff lately. I've been learning the language for about a year now and I'm addicted to their TV shows. They're the same as other TV shows but they almost always end between 8 and 13 episodes so as soon as I finish watching one show I end up dying for another. Eventually it turns into a complete addiction.

It was such good fun. I'm hoping to live there for a while some time in the next couple of years.

What writing projects are you working on?

Just a few fanfics from the fandoms I play in these day - mainly to do with Japanese dramas and the like. I haven't been working on much of my own original stuff. But I've started signing up for fic chalenges; dealing with deadlines, word limits, specific prompts and different types of Beta readers. I think I officially hate deadlines.

Once I finish studying in June, I'll make myself focus on my own writing projects again.
