The banter between them was great. I like Northern Downpour as an up-tempo ragtime number. and Oh, my god, fuck you all. If any white guys could be the Beastie Boys, it would not be you three. Heehee!
I think this sums up Spencer Smith in a nutshell: He hopes the girl at the end of the table is crying because Brendon smiled at her and not because Spencer didn't. Oh, Spencer.
Of course, my absolute favorite part was Spencer calling his Mommy and her being so wise and knowing. I like thinking that she still knows him best and that at the end of the day, "rock star" or not, he will always need his Mom :)
You did a great job with this, I loved it a lot and didn't even mind the lack of slash *twirls you*

And for some reason i'm still smiling at Brendon for the b's instead of m's. Really cool! :)

Now I can say I've officially read "Bandslash!" Even if their is no actual slash in this bandslash--or maybe becaause. I really enjoyed this!
The problem of the Rhythm still being there in the end, the way it was absolved and forgiven, but not melodramatic was very good. I liked too that even though they're there for him, in the end, it will be himself that has to fix it--not even his mom gets him out of that boat!
Loved the mom too! Oh, if we all had moms like that!
Good job!

I'm very bouncy that you felt that way about solution and responsibility involved. You're right, I think his mom would expect him to take care of his own business, too.
Thank you so much for reading!
