I love that you've tackled a serious topic in this segment, combining it with your trademark reality/tenderness. There's nobody like your Jack! Or your Ennis either.
Love,
Jenna

That is a choice that has to be decided by everyone on earth, at some time. It shouldnt be such a difficult situation. We have grown to that place
in the last few years. In the past, it was just a part of living. Dying was
natural and part of life. Now days we have it all mystified and drawn up into some kind of unresolved part of our life. Everyone has their own opinion as to what should happen, and what does happen. Hopefully most people will have made their plans before its too late. Make it simple and
and easy transition. Not something we all stress over when it comes. Thanks for the way you introduced this subject, and how it made sense, and wasnt all creeped out or odd. Natural..janice

Sad but so good joetheone April 2 2009, 04:09:27 UTC
Yes, it is sad to think about dying and what to do and to plan it out. I am a realist and well, I take death as just a part of living. I have seen so much death and so many who did not plan. I was an eagle scout so I guess I also always want to be prepared. I hate to think of our boys passing away just like I hate seeing my life fade away but I have to be real about it. My partner well, he hates it and won't talk or do anything about it. I sure do love how they accept life and fulfill it their love as natural as the seasons of the year in this story. Joe

I think it's great that they were able to talk about their wishes that way.
I still just love this series- thanks for the update :)

A very important message. I'm of the age now where all this is a reality - who gets your power of attorney, do you want DNR, and what you want done with your body. As a single person with no children and a much older sister - I have to spread the word with my friends. There is something to be said about being hit by a bus! I'm joking, of course!
I've loved this whole Sequence series so much - hope you will visit their world now and again!
Thank you for this!
