Angel had just put the turkey in the oven when Cordelia came up behind him. She slipped her arms around his waist, hugging him from behind. "Hey, baby."
He smiled, turning. "Hey, my love."
"I have something to tell you."
"What?" he asked, a question shining in his dark eyes.
"I'm pregnant."
The look that overtook his face was one that could only be described as joy. "Oh, Cordy," he whispered, twirling her around in circles. "I love you so much."
"And I love you, Angel," she told him, kissing him softly.
It was the best Thanksgiving they'd ever had.
