It was a dark and stormy night outside, but that seemed almost fitting for a birthday celebration for a 250-year-old vampire. Inside, a smile slid across Angel's handsome face at something the beautiful brunette by his side said. Angel looked up into Cordy's eyes and smiled, his eyes so full of love that it took her breath away.
Angel leaned in and kissed his wife. For one perfect moment, the world around them ceased to exist. All that mattered was Angel, Cordy and their remarkable love.
"Happy Birthday, Angel," Cordy whispered, a smile shining in her hazel eyes.
