Dean’s shirt is rucked up and twisted halfway around his body, his legs are bent at awkward angles and he sniffles every few minutes when it gets harder for him to breath. When the coughing starts up again Sam hates that all he can do is place a hand in the middle of Dean's back and rub his thumb over sweaty and feverish skin.

Gah. Sam giving feverish Dean some non-sexy-times physical comforting is amaaaazing. It seems so earnest and unselfish. And sweet. Like a honey bun!
