Everyone decides to do a little party in the mess hall for John's birthday.
A few people provide presents, giving him pleasant surprises here and there.
Ronon gives John a knife which makes him wonder if he just pulled it out of his hair.
Teyla gives him an Athosian relic of friendship.
Rodney gives him a book, "How not to crash a puddlejumper" written by Rodney McKay.
Elizabeth doesn't give him a present, which disappoints him at first, but once he arrives in their room to see her wearing a red bow, and only a red bow, the disappointment disappears.
