I believe that I am in the sad position of understanding nearly exactly what you're going through, having just been through it myself only two weeks ago. I believe you probably read about it in my journal... but my grandma had Alzheimer's Disease and my grandpa couldn't care for her anymore. It was very sad.

I'm sorry that you've lost your grandpa, but I'm glad that the pain is over.
