Tarrlok + Amon = Republic City screwed

It's been clearly displayed that both Amon and Tarrlok are manipulative bastards in their own right and badass in a fight. I would just love an AU where Tarrlok and Noatok are still pretty evil, but they join forces thus creating the ultimate chessmaster combo. I just want to see how Korra and the gang handles not just one evil mastermind, but two.
