Request: Perplex City

Pairing/Characters: Von/Kurt
Situation: Below the LJ cut. It isn't necessary to know a lot about Perplex City, since it's brand new to me too, and I'm posting links and some info. ^_^
Perplex City is an alternate universe whose inhabitants value puzzles and thinking above most other recreational pursuits. The people of PXC discovered Earth some time back, but there appears to be only electronic communication possible between PXC and Earth, not physical movement between the universes. Nevertheless, an item of great power known as the Receda Cube was stolen from PXC and is hidden somewhere on Earth. A team of "puzzle scribes" was put together to help Earth people find the Cube so it can be returned to PXC. If you're really into puzzle games you can check out perplexcity.com for more details, but it's not necessary for this request.
Some other information for Perplex City that the writer may want to throw in:
- Perplex City doesn't use photographs; they're considered extremely old-fashioned. Hand-drawn portraits are much preferred.
- There's a current vogue for Earth "stuff", but not for everything Earth. Earth languages and puzzles and knowledge-based stuff is neat, but not our music or most of our movies or entertainment.
- Whipsmart Ice is PXC's premier ice cream manufacturer (the website has a page listing flavors, and the stuff is supposed to boost your IQ as well as your waistline :).
- PXC (the game) was created in Britain and as a result has a very British flavor to it. I'm fine with the characters "sounding" either British or American since I know US writers sometimes have trouble rendering British speech patterns properly. :)
The Perplex City Academy website link also has links to other parts of the Academy website, which might be useful for background material on both Von and Kurt if the writer feels like delving into it. :)

So, the situation! The website link above lists Von, as the youngest member of the team, as age 17 (as of last year) and Kurt as somewhere over 20. Von's appearances in the PXC canon (what I've seen of it, anyway) show him as a nice, eager guy, and I can easily see him getting into a hero-worship situation, particularly with Kurt, who's the other nice guy on the team as well as quite the brainiac.
For my request, I want Von hero-worshipping Kurt, whether privately or where the rest of the team can see it (and be amused or annoyed in turn). Von's hero worship is just the tip of the iceberg, though - I'd like to see it going all the way to full-fledged crush. If Kurt doesn't swing that way (writer's choice) then at least have Kurt let Von down gently - minimum angst, please. ^_^;;
Rating and length - the longer the fic, the better, as far as I'm concerned. ^_^ For rating, nothing above an R (US rating system) or 18 (most of the rest of the world), please, though if Von and Kurt get together, I'm not squeamish on that front. :) Also, if Von and Kurt get together, Von should be top.
I'm brand new to the PXC fandom, so the canon is not completely familiar to me yet, and thus anyone who picks up this request shouldn’t worry too much about adhering completely to canon. ^_^
