i think it's cause it's so easy to forget... i mean, i was really close to forgetting... it would be best to have an email list w/ every one's email and send a notice a week before the deadline... though that might be too much work for u...

yeah well, if people are watching this community, I post a reminder when it's close to the deadline. I don't really know why people would join the competition and not join the comm other than I guess not wanting to see other people's entries? But in that case, I dunno mobile phones and microsoft have personal reminders.

Was a bit sad to see you not post this round ^.~ But it's all good. Re-try tokens are all the rage these days.

And with me quitting my evil night time job, the closing times are going to become more normalized.

Actually, after my betas were through with the fic, I'm kinda glad I didn't enter it. ^_^;; No one understood what I was writing.

I thought the deadlines were okay. Just that with exams and all... *excuses, excuses* I'll probably take a re-take pass later, but not for the next round.

I'll definitely pick up the next round, I just had a really busy past week (getting home at 9pm every night from school) and haven't had any inspiration at all. Of course, that may also have something to do with the fact that I haven't been sleeping lately... ^^; Yeah, well, for whatever reason, this one really didn't work for me. Next time.

Tis all good, that's what I was hoping for. Was why I introduced the re-try tokens so that if real life interrupts you still have three chances. =3

I know I turned mine in early, so no worries from me really, but I was a little baffled to stumble in here and see it closed already. It's only six-thirty PM, the 21st of October for me... I'm assuming this means I only have until some ambiguous time on the 26th and not the 27th to turn in my catch-up-for-entering-late fic...

This is seriously going to screw me up. -.-;

Ah...I think I noted it in my last post, I should have that the competition runs on +8 GMT. My time. And I included a link to a time clock that you can keep track of time with. I do that with every competition announcement post.
