Ooh! You took up my challenge. Well done!

I like how in the first three parts of this you've got Charlie going to Sawyer during his most traumatic moments in S1-3. The Ethan abduction, the Locke beating, Desmonds prophecies...these are all things that would make Charlie feel physically vulnerable and abused. So it makes sense that Charlie would want to be toppy to regain some control.

I'm afraid I didn't read the end section. I think I'm mostly sick of Charlie-ghost stories. I don't mind reading fics where he is alive though.

Oh, sweetie, that's so sad and sweet at the same time. (Very few people can get me to read this pairing, you know, but you bring such a lovely, realistic note to it. And the snark and the bantering and the teasing is so them and yet something I think that tends to get ignored with this pairing. Maybe I've just had the bad luck of reading only the sappiest Sawyer/Charlie in the early days of fandom!

Anyway, this was a wonderful, bittersweet ficlet, which you do so very well. (Here via lostpicksix as part of the lostsquee challenge, btw. And "hurt/comfort" is always up my alley!)

I love this! I couldn't quite imagine when I saw that prompt, how you'd work the 'baby' in there. It turns out you made it so poignant and sad and tender. I love Charlie being the one to look after Sawyer and take care of him. It's so counterintuitive and yet - I really like it. This is sad and sweet (and also hot) and I really enjoyed it.

I needed a fic set on the island for the FB challenge and this delivers so much. This was sweet and wonderful...and sad. I really miss Charlie. The idea that Sawyer and Charlie had this relationship...I really like it.
