I love the concept behind this! It feels so rare to read good, solid stories based on plot. Maybe that says more about me as a reader. You did a great job with this.

Oh, I like this a lot. :) I love the idea of Sawyer being there to comfort Jack. A much better apparition than Christian -- even if it means Sawyer is dead!

Again, I'm glad you're writing S4 fic now. :) This one is kinda freaky with the medical stuff *shivers*, but I loved Sawyer's presence there with Jack - though it scares me that he might be dead (Noooo!). And Jack's resolution at the end feels real. This seems like it could be canon to me actually, the J/S aspect of it is ambiguous enough that it would work that way.

Wow. I knew this was gonna be intense just from the picture you used. I picked this one because I needed a Jack/Sawyer fix, but this was so much more than that. Maybe I'm dense, but I couldn't quite figure out if Sawyer was a good guy or a bad guy. I think by the end I'd decided that he was a good bad guy who had to do a bad thing but still gave Jack something he needed. Courage, maybe. I haven't really thought much about the O6 living in the real world now, and this gave me a lot to think about. Wherever they go, the island will always follow them. And I think now I believe that wherever Jack goes, Sawyer will always follow him.

I hadn't realized that you'd moved your fic to another journal...I'd been wondering where it was. Looks like I've got a lot of catching up to do. Than makes me sooooo happy! I loved this one, so I know I'll love the others too. Thank you for writing this!

I'm catching up with stuff I'd bookmarked so I'm sorry I'm late!! But I love the creepiness in this, yet it's balanced by Sawyer' being there for Jack, taking his mind away from what Widmore is capable of. Very nice!
