Oh God no, it won't happen as it did in the movie, not after such a beginning - which was completely awesome, by the way. I was captivated right from the first moment, and it just fits so well.

Oh wow this was SO GOOD and so true to the characters and I especially love the way you write Erik's thoughts, how he is completely overwhelmed by Charles and somehow, deep down, can't help but resent a bit the way he makes him feel.

I just visited Oxford (and england) for the first time this week. It was lovely to read your story, which I think really captured the mood of the town and charles' relationship with it. Everyone was really well characterized... A really nice story. :)
