Oh... This is gorgeous, and dark, and poignant, and hopeful, all at the same time. The set-up is wonderful, and both characters are very in character. I think my favorite line is the following...

She expects to find green streaks on the sheets, smears of colour, but nothing remains.

It's both bleak and bittersweet, and yet there's not a complete sense of hopelessness...

Is there any chance that I can archive a copy of this on the Wicked page on Not From Around Here site @ ShatterStorm Productions?
