Title: Postcard from Nowhere
Characters: Sayid, Kate
Word Count: 527

A/N: Queen aurilly asked for Sayid and the girls. This turned out more gen than anything 'shippy, I think. I'm also using it for a prompt for writing_rainbow. It's AU from the flashforwards.
Summary: From every new location she sends him a postcard.

I love this. I'm a sucker for anything involving Kate and Sayid, and the way you wrote this is very plausible and very beautiful.

The words say that she is having a wonderful time and can't wait to see him again soon: the postcard itself whispers, I'm still alive. That is the true message. That is the important part.

I love that, because it's so true. The words don't mean anything more than that. The details here are wonderful, especially the way he imagines her writing these. The last line is especially poignant, and I kind of wish this was the road that the show had gone down.

This is so wonderful! I love that she keeps him abreast and that he just piles them up on the wall and misses her. I like Kate on the run even in the O6 world. I'd never thought of such a possible AU but it works! I also loved the description of her frowning face; she's a very pretty girl, but she IS always frowning.

Thank you so so much! <3

This was a really creative way to explore their understanding.

This is lovely work. I love Kate here. The image of her writing the postcard, with the gun hidden under her shirt was just perfect. And then Sayid saving the postcards and missing the island. Amazing job!
