Showtime~ And Goods

Jul 21, 2013 01:11

Once again I'm spending all my money on pretty boys. If you'd like to join in on spending too much money on pretty boys, I'd be happy to help you pick up some goods. Please don't spread this offer around to too many people as I don't want to buy up all the good and have to carry them around with me and back home ( Read more... )

I am a weak and miserable person who needs the Frogs tote bag because it is my forever fandom. If I weren't in Canada, I'd be going to see Frogs this week, no lie.

...I miss my icons. ;~;

I helped some random foreign fans get tickets to a show for their trip. They wanted to go to one of the special shows that had Ruito as a guest and I thought of you.

I can pick up the bag for you and just let you know shipping and all that when you get back to Korea.

How long are you in Canada for? I'll be home from the 6th-25th.

I still have such a weak spot for him. ;~; There are times I want to run away to Japan and go bury my head back in Japanese fandoms again. So expensive though.
I'll be home from this Saturday to the 9th. :o You don't happen to be in Ottawa on the 6th-8th? XD We could revisit Dennys.

He's aged pretty well so I can't blame you. I feel that Japan fandoms are a bit easier in a way than KPop fandoms though no less ridiculous and stupid at times. Just that they don't seem to multiply at quite the pace the Kpop fandoms have.

That's a nice stretch of time. Did you find a friend to watch Dora?

Alas, my time in Canada will probably not take me any further North than London, Ontario. I can't really justify a lot of travel when I'm back home especially since most of my funds will be going to new clothes and souvenirs.

If you don't mind, I'd love the pamphlet for Gyakuten Saiban and Edgeworth photosets if they have them =D

I hope they'll have proper photosets at the show and that they'll update their goods page before it happens. I'll be sure to pick you up a pamphlet though. It will probably run around 2000yen for the pamphlet and up to 1000yen for photosets if they have it.

I'm a horrible person!! I forgot to get you a pamphlet. It was a bit of a crazy hectic trip so I didn't properly confirm and write up a list of things to buy. And I was standing in line thinking I needed a second pamphlet but then quite sure I didn't.

I do have an Edgeworth photoset if you'd like it. And if they sell goods online, I can pick you up a pamphlet then. I'm so sorry >.< Such goods fail.

Oh so very tempting! But alas convention season is starting for me so I should be more fiscally responsible hehe.
But since you are a seasoned veteran of attending tenimyu shows, I was wondering how likely it is to buy a ticket (from a Lawson machine...?) the week of a show (not the day of per se, maybe a couple of days earlier)? I am planning on taking a short vacation around the Tokyo area this late April/early May and would love to cross off "seeing tenimyu" from my bucket list ◠‿◠

Tenimyu is a great show to see if you get the chance. Unfortunately, they're on a pretty strict schedule so they typically only have shows during the summer months and winter months so they won't be having a proper musical run at that time ( ... )

Aw I was hoping to see an actual musical, but a Dream Live or other event wouldn't be bad at all either! My vacation dates are actually a toss up between early January and late April/early May so there is still hope hahaha~

I suspected something along those lines regarding the tickets. The pre-gen sale tickets are only available to the tenimyu supporters club yes? I don't believe anyone I know in Japan is part of it so I guess it's down to how lucky I am (from 1 to Sengoku, I am a 2) :')

Thanks for the info and heads up!

Well if you come in early January then you would definitely be in time to see a show.

Actually, there are roughly 4 main lottos for tickets before the general sales. You have Tenimyu Supporters first followed by Tenimyu mobile. After that you have the e-plus family mart special lotto which anyone can enter and then the final lotto before gen sales that I think all the ticketing sites do. And then you have the actual gen sales. And as long as the date you want isn't the final show of the run or another type of high demand show than you can usually get a ticket for the day during general sales.

Would you be able to get me the Tezuka, Atobe, and Oshitari photosets from Tenimyu?

There aren't any goods up for Gyakuten Saiban or Tumbling 4 yet, but I know I would be interested in the Gyakuten Kane photoset if there is one and the Tumbling 4 pamphlet + Takiguchi Yukihiro photoset. I'll check back periodically to see what goods will actually appear and let you know.

Sure. It will be 1800yen plus shipping and all that jazz. I'll give you a more accurate total and my paypal information when I get back from the trip (I don't have much time before or during) and do let me know what shipping method you'd like. I normally use small packet SAL but I can send EMS if you'd like.

Not sure what the Gyakuten Saiban goods will be but I hope they announce it soon. Also, Tumbling normally has 2 pamphlets a school uniform one and track suit one. And the photo sets aren't so much by people as they are several sets with random stage shots of various members in them. At least if they stick to the way it's been done in previous shows.

Small packet SAL is just fine with me. Thanks for letting me know.

As for Tumbling, I'll just go with the school uniform pamphlet only. Hope you have a safe trip!!

Just thought I'd let you know that I picked up the photosets you wanted but I'm waiting until after Tumbling/GS to give you a total and send them out. (Combined shipping!)

And the Gyakuten Saiban goods are out. And they do have photosets.
