Anyone else experiencing thawing out pain?

After that horrible winter I have terrible decompression pain, mostly below the waist.

I live in Southern California so our winters are mild but my body is hating the hot one week, cool one week weather right now.

I was recently diagnosed and still seem to be getting some new symptoms as I try to deal with real life again. I have a rash that keeps growing and I swear to whatever deity that it's alive and just changes colors and shape at random. I made my wife sit here one night and watch it to make sure I wasn't crazy.

Luckily the dermatologist is booked until September so I have a new fun party trick I guess?

My skin's been acting weird for the past year or so.

I don't suppose I'm the only one whose hair gotten thinner either.
