I'm not sure how it showed up for me. I could say that because I was sickly in my childhood, perhaps that spurred it. Or the various traumatic experiences in my life tipped it over the edge
( ... )
I know, I have had problems since I entered my teenage years, major fatigue and depression and back pain and stuff (that could be attributed to bad posture, too, and also having pretty big breasts, which I really think doesn't help with my upper back pain), and the doctors were like "we have no idea, you're fine, drink more water and get more sleep." Which was such a crock...I was tested for diabetes about 5 times because my mom has type 1, and it always came up negative. And my dad some blood level came up high, I don't remember which one, but he attributed it to eating too many carbs. =P Anyway, it's so frustrating, and I would go back to the rheumatologist I saw who diagnosed me with Fibro, because she is awesome, but way too expensive...:(
Sorry, I meant my dad SAID some blood level came up high...(He's a doctor and worked at a clinic when I was in high school and had them do tests for free...)
