Home after Vacation from Pain

So, I flew to PA over a week ago to visit family. My grandparents aren't doing so well and I wanted to see them. I haven't been back for years and have been wanting to go for a while. I am glad you managed a good trip.
"distraction therapy" is so very helpful
Unfortunately, we end up back to this eventually.

But y'know? We don't give up.
No matter what, we don't.

And remember you are not alone. Even if we're just here along the electronic highway, we are here with you.

Thank you :) I appreciate the reminder that I'm never truly alone.

It's so frustrating to know changes that would reduce pain but I'm currently unable to make them. Mainly: moving into the city (waitlisted for an apt), living with someone (not possible on SSI) and getting out more (too far to drive). My boyfriend may share an apt with a friend so maybe I can hang out there. Also hoping to start a church group tomorrow night and maybe make friends there.

I am glad that your trip was pain free.
I guess I find that odd because I live in PA and the weather is a fibro patients worst nightmare.

I don't think the weather impacted me, though I'm maybe alone in that. I felt not-so-great the first and last couple days, more like normal good days. The chronic headaches I have were not noticeable either. I think it was God letting me have a nice visit but who knows.
