Does anyone know what happens when you OD on Oxycodone?? What happens to your body - what you can see & can't see?? How much is a toxic amount for an OD of Oxycodone?

**Edit: FYI, this is an academic query of sorts.. I wanna know how much is the max I can take in a day that is considered safe, cuz my bottle just says as needed.. Cuz sometimes ( Read more... )

Maybe I'm misreading your intention, but please, PLEASE get some help if you are depressed and thinking of ODing. I don't know what a toxic dose is, but please do not try to take one. (I apologize if I've totally misread your meaning, but as someone who struggles with depression, your post set off red flags to me.)

I agree. This is very concerning. Whether it is intentional or accidental, you need to talk to Poison Control, an ER, anything. Please.

I don't know why you're asking but my friend gets a lot of oxy for his headaches/brain problems/etc. and I know when he's taken too much, his heart starts to suffer. His heart even stopped last week. i dunno, if it was because of the oxy or what but please watch out. It doesn't take much.
