I'm so sorry you've been deregulated. I know how that works - intimately - because my last pre-preggo job was for a electric de-regulator here.

Lasted for a few years until a big hot spell did to us what that freezing spell did to you. I might think SDGE is lame, but ... it's better than deregulated.
