If you want to throw your character into the pool for possible selection to remain out of stasis to watch over the other victims.

This will be the END of your character, as they will die before 2008.

Even if we do get a volunteer, we may not go with this option.

It looks like the last six people to sign up (Tozier, Roy, Tink, Ami, Jenny, and Dojima) for victimhood didn't get added to the RNG, since they're not on either the Victim or Missed Out list?

Oops - they must have signed up after I did the RNG.
