Super Bowl Betting

Hey!

So, Romeo volunteered to run a betting pool for the Super Bowl Party Sunday. And because certain people named the_merriest suggested we do it for real, I give you IC Super Bowl Squares

Super Bowl Squares are the easiest, and probably stupidest, betting ever 'cause you don't need to know football (and I certainly don't) -- you just pick squares on a grid and if the squares line up with the final score, you win. Here, an online explanation. Winner gets 90 percent of what's in the pot -- 10 percent goes to the KKG satellite-and-Cheetos fund. Squares are selling for $5 each, so if all hundred squares sell, the payout is $450. Not bad. (If all hundred squares don't sell, the house buys the remainder, or that's what the guy running it in my office says.)

ANYHOW, we would like sign-ups ahead of time for the sake of gridmaking, so if people who are interested could check in here with the character and the number of squares they want, that would be awesome. In the wildly unlikely event people ask for more than 100 squares, it's first come, first served.

Sign-ups will be open (for students only, please) until kickoff on Sunday, and IC sign-ups will be at the party.
