Thanksgiving Day - Hyperion Hotel

Veronica and Piper were up early and slaving away in the kitchen to prepare a huge feast.

The rest of the denziens of the Hyperion were around, most likely avoiding each other, as they had all taken to doing since Homecoming.

There were a number of guest rooms made up so visitors could stay as long as they wanted.

The residents of the Hyperion are hoping that enough people show up that they don't really have to talk to each other.

Piper was planning to hide spend most of her time in the kitchen, but she was around if anyone wanted to talk to her.

Sean was a big fan of the hiding as well, which was how he wound up in the kitchen after dropping his bags off in a room.

"... this holiday is going to suck," he declared, taking up a position in an out of the way spot, because you just didn't get in Piper Halliwell's way in the kitchen.

Veronica and Piper have prepared a huge, traditional Thanksgiving meal. And they are hoping there will not be a food fight this year.

Anders had promised he'd come down for dinner, and he knew there was no way out of it.

Maybe he could hide under the table down here?

He'd be sharing that table space with Sean, man.

Okay, so Sean wasn't hiding under the table. He was instead pretending to be very, very interested in the contents of his glass.

Which made Sean a braver man than Anders, who was in fact under the table, knees tucked up under his chin and trying very hard not to make a single solitary frakking sound.

Sean's like "... she can't mock me, can she? She doesn't even know me!" And I tell him that yes, yes she can. In fact, this is Parker. She'd probably mock him more because she doesn't know him.
