After her slightly unplanned detour, Alanna was trying to plan a little bit more than "get out". So she was on a laptop, poking at it to try to set up transportation to Fandom. She had also had a chance to change into clothes that she could blend in a little better if the universe decided it didn't like her

"What are you doing?" Bel asked, wandering by.

"Trying to actually get to where I'm going." Alanna said and confidently hit enter.

"Fandom?" Bel said. "Can't you stick around here for awhile?"

Alanna gave what was becoming her standard half shrug. "Kind of don't feel like standing still, you know?"

"So, enjoying your visit?" Veronica asked, flopping down into a nearby chair.

Alanna nodded and finished off half her cola in one gulp. "Far less sand."

"And better caffeine, I'm guessing," Veronica teased.

Alanna smirked. "Well...have you ever had really, really strong, true coffee?"

"Can you get a connection?" asked Anders, wandering through. "'cause my laptop's being a bitch."

"Addict," Bel said, throwing a random crumpled up piece of paper at Anders.

Anders ducked, but not in time to avoid getting clipped on the ear. "Not my fault Facebook has so many addictive games!"

"You should make more productive use of your computer time," Bel said. "Like writing porn."

Piper wandered over near Alanna and took a seat on a chair. She had a text book with her. "Hey, Alanna."

Alanna toasted her with the half finished cola. "Hey. Studying?"

"No, just a boring reading assignment," Piper replied. "What are you up to?"

"For school?" Alanna asked. "And well, nothing, really."
