I'm playing FFVI for the first time at the moment and I was actually inspired to write for the first time in months - a Terra-centred drabble. Apologies if it sucks - I'm only just overcoming my writer's block :|

I agree, it expresses Terra's thoughts well - now that I think about it, there was some doubt among the people that the Returners had really helped them - that they could have contributed to Kefka's rise to power and thus helped create the World of Ruin - after all Kefka used them to obtain the statues. Exploring the reasons why they fight is good material for fic because there are so many uncertainties for them to deal with.
