Fanfic - Prelude to a story I may never write - Harry Potter / Lois and Clark

I've had an idea for a Lois and Clark / Harry Potter crossover for a while, but it seemed a bit too much like stories I've seen in other fandoms. But I've just thought of a little twist on it, and one day I might actually write more than this prologue...

This would be an excellent story to write, should you ever decide to write it. But if you don't, I'm amused as hell by the prelude.

Everyone and his dog has written "Harry was brought up by someone else" fics, and there are some for other characters e.g. Draco, Hermione. Neville hasn't been done AFAIK, and the idea of bringing him up with Lois and Clark's interest in investigation etc. does appeal. But I have too many unfinished stories etc.
