This is ultra-nitpicky, but I hit a small bump with Josh's statement:

“Let me see if I’ve got this straight,” said Josh Lyman. “You want to shut down eleven bank accounts that may belong to Lex Luthor, eight of them overseas? Your source for this is NCIS, who got it from Supergirl, who may or may not have got it from Batman?”

For a speaker of American English (as opposed to English English) that last "got" would have been a "gotten". (I actually had to take a look at a couple of grammar sites to figure out why it was just that "got" and not the other two.
