The rhetorical tone is pretty close. The conceptual structure is more debatable; parts of it are more like the mass media image of Rand than they are like what Rand actually thought, or the actions she actually portrayed her characters as taking. They are kind of like a teenage fan's interpretation of Rand, which I suppose is actually rather appropriate.
On the other hand, it's totally un-Randian in an important way: Not one person in any of the sketches lights a cigarette!
