Happy Halloween or in other news, new challenge! And this time it's a theme chal, therefore new rules apply, so read them carefully.

+ Icons are due Wednesday, November 4th. If you don't submit your icon in time, you'll be disqualified unless you have any skips left.
+ All entries must be original and private.

Hm, I'm torn, but I think you'll have to change your entry, because at first sight, it isn't easy to state what and where the 50% negative space in your icon should be.
If you don't have time to change it, I'll will use it though. ;)
