First of all, very nice work. You look great.

That being said, does anyone else feel that the matrix-esque AC remake of all the FF7 costumes is hurting cosplay? The original costumes are interesting and distinctive, whereas the AC costumes all look pretty much the same (black leather) and seem to be taken straight from the set of any goth/cyberpunk movie (Blade, Matrix, etc). It's just mho, but after seeing the zillionth virtually identical AC costume (even comparing different characters) I have started to feel this way.

i cant say i liked the originals that much, but they *were* originals, some of them were great, but characters like yuffie i've started to like more in AC. sure the older ones were more distnctive i agree, maybe its just me =] i prefer AC ones. i guess most people cosplay the AC versions because they require.. less effort maybe?
