This is a five things fic, so every story in it is a different take on the relationship between the two of them. The characterization is excellent - even though the settings and situations of the stories vary widely, the characters remain believable, even though the outcome is never the same. I like the little hints in the first section about Boomer's true nature that Kara doesn't quite pick up on, the genuine love and affection the rest of the pilots feel for Boomer in the second, and I can't quite get into the rest of them without spoiling the story. But ana_grrl has a real attention to detail that makes everything she writes a good read.
