Little nitpick- And I seem to be stuck on that bed a hell of a lot more often then a good doctor should be. Should be than, not then.

I feel kind of dirty for reading this, since it's M/S, but at least they were talking about Jayne, so I guess it's okay. XD Beautifully written. Fantastic last line, whose sentiment I echo heartily. ^.~ Can't wait to see what happens next.
