I like that Jayne knew Simon would back him up on Mal not going along. But they both forgot just how stubborn our dear captain is. *g*

Two chapters in a row! *claps* I liked this one. The Shepherd appealing to the Captain's sense of honour and Mal's answer; so typical of both of them.

I like Simon's jealous reaction both the expected and unexpected. Hopefully that should get him thinking....

Glad you liked. ^^ It's funny, I signed on here to bring more Jayne into the mix, then this chapter turned mostly Mal-centric. XD
