#1&2 - It's quite funny to see these two side by side, since they are the only two who used this texture and couldn't really be further apart.
#1 looks very happy with that vibrant colouring, but it does make the person a bit hard to make out at first glance. A minor colouring difference between the subject and the background might help.
#2 on the other hand is missing a little pop. Black and white usually thrives on contrast which is somewhat missing here. I like the text placement and her back against it, but the blank space beneath the text bothers the eye. The icon is a bit too gray overall.
#8 - Putting the image on lighten (or similar) over the mirror and stripy texture was a great idea. The pinkish brown is a little overpowering, though

#3: Lovely soft coloring you got going on here, but other than that the icon is a bit dull. Perhaps adding more below the mirror would spice it up a bit. #6: I rather like what you did with the texture - the background is soft yet pops out just enough. However, the colors on Zidane are a bit flat - his skin is nearly the same color as his hair! XD #12: Fantastic manip, but the coloring is quite bright, especially on her skin. #14: Love this icon! The blending is simply gorgeous and the typography is fantastic.
1 - It was really interesting how you used this texture. I wouldn't have been able to be as creative as you were. I love the bright crisp coloring of this icon a lot

04 - The texture is a little overpowering, especially over Tidus' face. I really like the cropping, and the text could have been fit into the space better so it didn't have to overlap. 08 - the purple is really strong where it covers her, but I really love the cropping and colors. 11 - Love the muted colors and the cropping. The texture lends just the right kind of border to it! 15 - I just really love this icon. It's very misty, but has a great "Lulu" feel to it. Also love how you decided to switch the frame around, and the grey-green background. 17 - Love the soft dreamy feel of it, which really fits with the image and the text! 19 - this one just seems... really busy and there's quite a lot of swirlies going on. The fact that the bottom half of the image isn't cut off kind of raises the question of what is the frame doing there?
