Game 4 officially starts riiiiiight now, and ends August 31st.

Most of the changes and stuff have been posted; please read them when you have time! We'll still be announcing a couple more things, so please stay tuned.

Anyway, moogle_workshop is now open, and we'll have minigames and contests up soon
