A Clarification
Just so there's no confusion, while we don't mind a little advertisement and plugging in this comm, we don't want it to overrun everything. In order to keep things simple, the only thing a member should be posting is their profile. It keeps f-lists from getting clogged and makes tagging and moderating easier on us. Since there is no policy on advertisements in the userinfo (yet) basically just use judgment and ask us about it, either by commenting on a Monday Update post or the the questions and complaints post.
Generally, we'll keep it to to linking in the Monday Updates post. Another way to advertise is simply to make sure that your communities (that you mod/maintain) are all in your profile. In order to not be hypocritical, we'll keep our own advertising to the Monday Updates posts, as this comm's basic purpose is to serve as a directory. ff_press has all your fandom news/activities needs covered already.
I know it's been kind of slow lately, but we're not dead. It's just summer. People tend to be away from the computer then (mods here included).
