It'd be nice if more people saw things this way instead of throwing themselves on men whenever they don't have a boyfriend. Or vice versa.

That's awesom Will. In all seriousness, if there hadn't been eric I'd probably end up alone for a long, long time. I couldn't date just anyone and whatnot...I'm probably too picky :P

And I agree about the asking people to be your backup thing...

I just do not understand it.

I totally and wholeheartedly agree. In fact, if a person doesn't feel 'complete' or 'worthy' unless he or she is in a relationship, I don't think he or she should be in one at all. One has to feel comfortable on one's own before one can enter into a healthy and fulfilling relationship. Hell, I had to be single for two years before I felt comfortable with opening up to the idea of a boyfriend again, because I needed to get to know myself better.
