Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I love writing Kefka and Celes--they have such an interesting relationship in the game, with Kefka's obsession focus on her in WOB and Celes's determination to stop him and their status as the two important Imperials with magic and how would that affect them? Getting to world build a little was fun too!

Mmmm, this was beautiful! The first part was so bittersweet - the villain being human. Which shouldn't make sense for Kefka, but it just shows how far he fell. Celes visiting his grave also seems very appropriate.

Loved it!

Kefka, from what I could find out about him, didn't go completely crazy until a few years before the game started. The idea of him being changed by the magic and that messed with Celes's perception of him was interesting to work with. The grave seemed like an appropriate capstone.

Thanks! (Oh, cool, I didn't know ^^) I saw the prompt and the idea jumped out. Kefka's my favorite charecter in FFVI, and I enjoyed writing him and exploring some of the meta for the world!

We've talked about this before and this is so late wtf but thank you! The 'Celes waited five x' progression was one of the things that first showed up when I was writing it!
