omg. omg favourite pairing eeeee.

Thank you so very much for this! I adore the tension between them, the lack of communication, and the way that Leo's honour and her lack of comprehending people are all tied up together. You hit the nail on the head completely for this request and I LOVE it.

(My only nitpick is a small one, which is that the game canon specifies Celes was infused as a baby, but it works so well for the story here to have her be infused when she's older that I almost don't care. :D)

(well my canon checker cleared me, and I didn't actually remember that, but eh, I'll bend canon details to make a point. XD Always a gamble.)

Leo's a part of a long line of thwarted paladin types I love, if it were my choice he would have lived and I probably would have shipped him with EVERYONE.

(it's a tiny detail mentioned, I think, in Zozo kind of in passing. It's SUPER TINY. Hence why I'm not even bothered about it.)

I ♥ Leo forever. I *do* ship him with everyone, constantly. I am trying to figure out how I can wrangle that scene in Albrook to involve Leo/Celes/Locke OT3.

I love the tense you took with this. It's a departure from your usual tense, but not your usual character trope and it really reads well. :)

Oh I loved this!!! And I can fairly say I loathed everything in FF6 with the expection of the princes, though I didn't get that terrible far.

Like any fandom/game, I always manage to find something that isn't completely annoying. Or I tweak it. I guess adaptation is just my thing. XD

But yeah, definitely not a favorite, but I can appreciate what other people like. ^^

It certain help that it is quite similar to one of the pairing types I enjoy and have been wanting to read about.

Your original stuff is also good to read so it probably more than skills at adaptation. I would say similar taste but you clearly like Cecil/Rosa and I merely tolerate them even if I kind of like then in the exchange fic I got.

If we liked all the same exact things, we'd be boring. Or clones. XD I'm just glad you at least tolerate the differences.
