Oh, that was so cute. Perfectly fluffy with Squall's trademark "oh, god, what now?" voice behind it; I love his thoughts and Rinoa's carefree actions!

SO, UH. COME OUT OF NOWHERE and MAKE MY DAY, why don't you!

This was so sweet and lovely and everyday-ordinary in the best way. I love Squall's attitude here and Rinoa and they both feel so much themselves, and there's such a grumpy tenderness on Squall's part here; it's perfect! I love the little litany of objects and Squall's reactions, I love the little slips of admitted affection, I just!

I AM A HAPPY MOOGLE.

THANK YOU SO MUCH.

The only tiny nitpick I have is here: He watches her fling herself back-first onto the bed, hair and fingers splayed. Her feet dangle off the bed... The repetition of bed-related prepositional phrases was just a little jarring, and the second one seems unnecessary.

And uh, yeah, THAT'S ALL I GOT. I ADORED THIS. MY NEW HERO ♥ ♥ ♥

I. Er. WOW. What a lovely comment to receive in return! Thank you for your sheer enthusiasm; it made me smile like an idiot. XD I thought Moogle Fluff was ideal because I was too hesitant to commit to the full-blown exchange process (was SCARED), but Renay's post in her lj said EVERYONE could join this part of the round, so POUNCE. ^^

I'm happy that you liked the everyday-ordinariness of it. The everyday and little moments are what I like to write about best. ^^ Further, I'm glad that you found the characterisation rang true- grumpiness, little slips and all.

Your nitpick is duly noted- it really DOES sound awkward. I suppose this is what I get when I add in things later, forgetting to adjust the following sentence! This has been corrected. ^^

I'm not usually one for Squall/Rinoa, but this I adore! Squall's mental dialogue is spot on and I can totally see Rinoa poking and prodding various bits of the room while he just looks on.
