NEW YORK (Reuters Life!) - When it comes to literary pursuits in the United States most people agree on at least one thing -- the most popular book is the Bible, according to a new survey.

frankly, i wouldn't accept pat answers like "the bible" as a favorite book. all of my polls would be excluding various flagship religious texts, because this is about reading, not kissing up to deities and one-upping ones religious clique friends.

.......otherwise, there's too much to poke at. i'll just pick a SMALLER quibble and ask who the hell picks "atlas shrugged" over "the fountainhead," and leave it at that. dan brown? favorite? fuck. people seriously need to read more.
