My dad is currently obsessed with this show and watches it every week. I'm like, dude, this show is weak sauce. The writing isn't great, it's more melodrama than drama, and the main dude is yet

The original British version of this show had the kids about 12-16, I don't think sex was ever mentioned. Sounds like one to avoid.

Oh, there is so much sex happening that it's uncomfortable. It's just beautiful mid-20/30-something year olds playing at being in their late teens and early twenties. They dress in pretty clothes and live in a gigantic underground abandoned subway station that they complain about being awful, but it looks better than most peoples' houses. They run around being chased by government agents but don't really do anything so save themselves--I mean, they use their powers in public, then are surprised when they get busted every week. And the writing's terrible. I feel like volunteering to help make the show better :(
