It's official...
I am now a member of the upper class, a landowner. Signed the myriad of paperwork saying that I'll be paying for this house until October of 2039.
Of course, I intend to pay this off much sooner than that, but my payments in the meantime are super low and the interest is only 5%. And I get the $8000 tax credit. Thank you economic collapse ( Read more... )
