Apartment for Rent

I have a nifty little 1 bedroom apartment in San Marco I'm moving out of and need someone to take over the lease.

If anyone's interested, it's $420/month plus electric. Safe, cool neighborhood, cooky neighbors, and lots of wood paneling.

I haven't seen him in months. I think he must've left or something. The lady he was living with is never around, so I haven't been able to ask.

I hope he's doing well. Though I will say it's a lot less messy out there these days :)
