I can’t believe I’m closing on a house today. It’s unreal. And I chopped off my hair on Saturday. Everybody at work loves it. It’s got body now. Plus, I think short hair looks better on me now that I’m thinner. -

My president
I thought I would cry if John McCain was elected. What I failed to realize was that I would cry tonight, when Barack Obama was elected president of the United States. I cannot put into words how proud am I to call him my president, but I can say that he fills me with hope even after George W. Bush, and my god, that seems like an impossible feat. ( Read more... ) -

It makes me awfully sad to hear of an otter dying of leukemia. Everybody’s looking for a cure for cancer. It’s ridiculous. If we stopped poisoning ourselves, we could easily prevent it. My dad gave me a DVD set called Planet Earth for my birthday and told me it’s beautiful and has won all sorts of awards or something. It will probably sound like ( Read more... ) -
